1. Agreement

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before any processing can commence. Orders will not be initiated until complete payment is received, except where the laboratory and its management team, at their sole discretion, determine that an initial deposit may be accepted.

Final Charges: Once processing begins, all charges become final. Payment in full is required before any test results or reports are issued.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within two business days of placement if processing has not yet begun. Once processing commences—such as the dispatch of any testing kit or the receipt of samples—cancellation fees or non-refundable deposits will apply.

Non-Refundable Deposit: For any order that has started processing, a minimum non-refundable deposit of $100, plus the full applicable shipping charge for any dispatched kits, is required.

Post-Processing Cancellations: If you cancel after processing has begun, such as after DNA kits have been dispatched or samples have been received, certain fees will be retained to cover completed work and administrative costs, provided the case has been active for no more than three months.

Refunds will not be issued after three months from the start of the case. Any other arrangements, such as using or transferring credit, will be made solely at the laboratory's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval. Please note that certain fees, including administrative and shipping-related charges, are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Shipping and Handling Fees

Non-Refundable Fees: Once an order has been dispatched, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. These fees cover necessary administrative, documentation, and logistical expenses incurred during processing.

5. Sample Collection and Handling

Collection Guidelines: Samples must be collected according to the instructions provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the samples submitted are correctly collected and accompanied by all required documentation.

Chain-of-Custody: We maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures to ensure that all samples are handled securely and confidentially.

Sample Quality: Inadequate or insufficient samples may require additional collection. Any additional collection requests will be communicated promptly.

Retention Period: Samples may be retained for a specified period following the issuance of the final report, during which they may be used for additional verification or re-testing if necessary.
6. Testing and Reporting

Liability Cap: Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered. By using our services, you agree to hold us harmless for any discrepancies, delays, or unforeseen issues that may arise.

No Guarantee: You acknowledge that all testing carries inherent limitations and that we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
9. Dispute Resolution
