- Your file/case number
- The names of those needing testing
- The relationship that needs verification
- The deadline for your case (if applicable)

- Phone numbers
Simply provide the required information through our convenient online form. If you have any special instructions, there's a notes section for your convenience.
Once we have your details, just attend your sample collection appointments. We'll take care of the rest, including kit shipping, testing, and reporting the DNA Test Results directly to the immigration agencies.
